What a great company! I called Brandon as we were just starting painting the house exterior and from the scaffolding the painters spotted numerous bees going in and out of holes at attic level. We thought they were honey bees, and Brandon explained why and how they could be removed. He asked for a video of the bees, to check. On receipt, he immediately called back to explain (very honestly) that they were mortar bees (and there was therefore no issue or concerns about them staying put).
Very impressed! Brandon was knowledgable, called back immediately, and was really helpful and very honest! Thanks for your advice and we will recommend you to anyone we know if they have bee removal queries.

I found the website very clear on how they removed bees. When I rang and spoke Branden K was very clear on what would be happening and the 3 options I had and the cost. Dan P and Keir H did the work and explained exactly what they had done when they finished. if I had any questions Branden was always available to help. I would recommend the work of Beegone Live Bee Removal as they worked efficiently, and the bees are re-homed.

We had bees in 2 separate locations within a single storey flat roof. They were so active that we were unable to enjoy or even work around the house. This was of particular concern as we have a thatched roof and we were getting ready for maintenance to be carried out. This would have been impossible with the bees still present. I contacted Beegone and explained the problem and the requirement to get the bees extracted before the thatching work commenced. Beegone were extremely helpful from the word go and accommodated our timescale which was of great relief to us. I initially was concerned about using a company via the internet but I was very quickly reassured. Dan and Jason travelled all the way up to Scotland, some considerable distance, and carried out the extraction for us. We were totally impressed with their knowledge and care. The bees were relocated to a local beekeeper and since the extraction we have had no more bees. Our experience of Beegone has been extremely good and I would certainly recommend them.

Caroline was most helpful, and understanding and went out of her way to understand our problem and arrange for the work to be done. Dan was very prompt, knowledgeable and was able to identify our problem and arrange for a quote.
