Exceptional service. Very fast response. Free consultation. Dan came out and gave a free assessment, next day, of a suspected bee infestation. He was very personable and knowledgable. Highly recommended. Would definitely contact again.

I spoke with Laura on the phone looking for some advice after we discovered bumble bees living in our loft. Although the Bee Gone team don't cover our area, Laura was able to reassure us and gave some great advice about how to manage the bees. Thank you again!

Excellent service . They responded to my phone call promptly. Friendly and most helpful staff,I sent a video of our Bee issue they were able to identify and reassure us . This was free! No further action required. They checked back afterwards and we're happy to help if needed in future. Absolutely would recommend to others. Thank you Lizzie in particular.

I called Beegone when some bees decided to set up home in my sofit board. I have small grandchildren and small dogs so was a bit worried, and Beegone were really informative and helpful in their advice. Lily took time to explain bee behaviour and once she identified them as bumble bees, she reassured me they were fine to be left alone until they chose to vacate (which they did in about 8 weeks).
Good friendly accessible service - would recommend
