I called Beegone when some bees decided to set up home in my sofit board. I have small grandchildren and small dogs so was a bit worried, and Beegone were really informative and helpful in their advice. Lily took time to explain bee behaviour and once she identified them as bumble bees, she reassured me they were fine to be left alone until they chose to vacate (which they did in about 8 weeks).

Called them as I had an issue with bees sporadically coming down my chimney. Had read many scare stories elsewhere about the potential problems, but Caroline asked some reassuringly simple questions, and I sent some photos/videos of the chimney and the bees themselves. She then called the next day to explain they were only masonry bees, there was no nest, queen or honeycombs etc, and they would die off and disappear in a few weeks. They had likely laid eggs in the mortar whilst the roof and chimneys were being repaired and it was only a one off occurrence. Fast, professional and very helpful and honest advice, and no need for expensive treatments. A conscientious and friendly company.

What a great company! I called Brandon as we were just starting painting the house exterior and from the scaffolding the painters spotted numerous bees going in and out of holes at attic level. We thought they were honey bees, and Brandon explained why and how they could be removed. He asked for a video of the bees, to check. On receipt, he immediately called back to explain (very honestly) that they were mortar bees (and there was therefore no issue or concerns about them staying put).

I found the website very clear on how they removed bees. When I rang and spoke Branden K was very clear on what would be happening and the 3 options I had and the cost.
